Turning Points:
  •  Kerr signed to Chic Management's Sydney division increased her profile in the Australian and Asian markets, after which Kerr relocated to New York where she became co-owner of the Bowery Ballroom.
  • In early 2006, she signed a contract with cosmetics firm Maybelline New York.
  • In 2007, Kerr signed on as the face of Californian fashion retailer Arden B.
  • She also became the new face of Clinique Happy and signed a six-figure deal to be the new face of Australian department store David Jones.
  • In October 2009, Kerr launched her own brand of organic skincare products, KORA Organics, with George Moskos, and became the face for the company.

Achievements:
  • At age 13, Kerr entered and won the 1997 annual Dolly magazine/Impulse model competition.
  • In New York, Kerr had a multitude of runway appearances and then signed with NEXT Model Management in early 2004.
  • In 2007, she bacame the first ever Australian Victoria's Secret Angel.
  •  In 2008, in which she had earned an estimated $3.5 million in the previous 12 months, Forbes placed Kerr No. 10 in the list of the world's top-earning models.
  • Kerr appeared in Forbes 2009 list of the world's highest-paid models, ranking at No. 9 with estimated earnings of $3 million.
  • She appeared on the Forbes 2010 list of the world's highest-paid models, ranking at No. 9 where she earned $4 million.
  • In January 2012, she was named ambassador for Qantas.
  • Kerr placed at No. 7 in Forbes 2012 list of the world's highest-paid models with earnings of $4 million.
  • She was ranked No. 2 in Forbes 2013 list of the world's highest-paid models, with estimated earnings of $7.2 million which is $3.2 million more and a jump of five places in the list from the previous year.
  • Kerr ranked No. 3 on the 2014 Forbes list of highest earning models, earning an estimated $7 million.
  • Kerr ranked No. 6 on the 2015 Forbes list of highest earning models, earning an estimated $6.5 million.

 turning points:

  1. When his father died, Mandela and was groomed for becoming chief of his local tribe.
  2. In 1944 Mandela helped found the ANC Youth League, whose Programme of Action was adopted by the ANC in 1949. 
  3. By the late 50s, Mandela had to resign from the ANC and work underground.
  4.  In 1960 the Sharpeville massacre of 63 black South African’s changed the whole political climate.
  5.  By 1962 Mandela had been arrested and sentenced to life imprisonment in the notorious Robben Island prison. 
  6. Mandela’s led to release in 1990.

  achievements:

  1. In 1952 Mandela and Tambo opened the first Black Law firm in South Africa. The Transvaal Law Society tried to have it closed down.
  2. On 10 May 1994 Nelson Mandela was inaugurated as the first democratically elected State President of South Africa on and was President until June 1999.
  3.  As president, Mandela presided over the transition from minority rule and apartheid. His advocacy of reconciliation led to international acclaim and importantly the trust of the White African population.
  4. In 1993 Nelson Mandela was awarded the Nobel Peace Prizejointly with F.W. De Klerk.
